Fashion Shipping and Returns

 

Australia wide Shipping for Fashion

We offer free shipping on fashion purchases over $100 to Australian addresses.

$10 flat rate for any fashion purchase under $100.

We use various courier services to ship around Australia. Delivery is up to 7 business days. You will receive an email with your purchase confirmation and shipping & tracking details.

Please allow 2 business days for packing before shipping.

International Shipping for Fashion

We ship worldwide.

Flat rate of $15 for fashion purchases shipped to the USA.

For all other countries freight will be quoted on receipt of order, with an optional cost for insurance cover if requested.

Free shipping on orders over $100 does not apply for international shipping.

Shipping may take 10 business days. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Please be aware of any customs duties in your country.

Returns and Exchange for Fashion

Can I exchange or return a Fashion purchase?

We take great care with the quality and fit of our garments and are sure that you will love your purchases for years to come.

We are however, happy to exchange, give credit note or refund on all full priced fashion garments that are returned to Bowerbird Collections strictly within 14 days from purchase. Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchange on sale items.

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item to organise the return or exchange of a garment.

Returns must be sent using AusPost Express satchel and return shipping cost to be covered by the customer. Unfortunately we can take no responsibility for packages lost in the mail, so please take care and retain a copy of the tracking number.

My item is faulty, what do I do? 

Please contact us straight away. We will cover postage price for the return of faulty garments and give a full refund.

We cannot offer refunds and exchanges for faults cause by misuse, such as not following care instructions.

Our products are handmade in Australia with the greatest care. Each piece is unique, one off, and may not be an exact match to the images provided.  Please choose carefully as we do not provide exchange on Lamps, Lampshades, Art, Fabric & Homewares because of “change of mind” OR “it looked different in the photograph”.

What do I do if my item arrives damaged? 

If the item is damaged in transit we will happily exchange or repair. Send a photograph of the damaged goods to info@bowerbirdcollections.com within 24 hours of receiving the item and we will assess the situation.
