As our products are handmade each piece is unique and may not be an exact match to the images. Please choose carefully as we do not provide refunds but offer exchange or repair. Custom orders, sale items and gift vouchers cannot be exchanged but we will rectify and repair anything that is faulty, damaged or incorrect. “Change of mind” or “not looking precisely like the image” is not a valid reason for exchange.
If the item is damaged or faulty we will happily exchange or repair. Send a photograph of the faulty/damaged goods to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assess the situation. To be eligible for exchange your item must be send back to us unused and in the same condition and packaging in which it was sent. We recommend that the item is packed securely and sent with tracking number and insurance to make sure it reaches us in an exchangeable condition. Please obtain proof of postage when returning goods for postage reimbursement.
