We ship Australia wide. Contact us for a shipping quote from Pack and Send.
We don’t have the space to have our own packing department, so we outsource this part of the process. Making sure we have a reputable shipping company, like Pack and Send, that can go through the proper packing procedures and provide the proper insurance is very important to us.
eg. A Petite Lamp and 14” Lampshade shipped to Sydney is approximately $150
Please note: Free domestic shipping on orders over $150 does not apply for ceramic and custom order items.

Lamps and Ceramics
Our ceramic products are handmade in Australia and we take great care to provide consistent colours. But glaze variation is inevitable and adds to their beauty. Each piece is unique, one off, and may not be an exact colour match to the images provided. Please choose carefully as there are no returns or exchanges on custom order ceramics and lamps.

Our lampshades are handmade in Australia using a wide range of fabrics with varying pattern repeats. Due to the large pattern repeats on most of the fabrics we use, lampshades made with the same fabric can look quite different to the photos provided. If you want a specific section of fabric there will be an additional charge for wasted fabric. Please choose carefully as there are no returns or exchanges on custom order lampshades.

All art commissions require a 50% deposit up front. If, on completion, you no longer require the painting, the deposit is non refundable and ownership of the painting remains with Bowerbird Collections.

Items Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives damaged you must send a photograph of the damaged goods AND the damaged packaging to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will assess the situation and organise replacement or repair.
