We offer free shipping on Homewares Online purchases over $150 to Australian addresses, excluding ceramics and sculptures.

We don’t have the space to have our own packing department, so we outsource this part of the process. Making sure we have a reputable shipping company, like Pack and Send, that can go through the proper packing procedures and provide the proper insurance is very important to us.

Due to COVID19 delivery times are longer than normal and no delivery estimates are available. We will notify you once the parcel has been posted with your shipping & tracking details.

We ship worldwide. Contact us for a shipping quote before ordering. Otherwise freight will be quoted on receipt of order, with an optional cost for insurance cover if requested. 

Free shipping on orders over $150 does not apply for international shipping.

Please expect shipping delays due to Covid. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Ceramics Terms and Conditions

Our ceramic products are handmade in Australia and we take great care to provide consistent colours. But glaze variation is inevitable and is an inherent quality of our glazed products that greatly adds to their beauty. Each piece is unique, one off, and may not be an exact colour match to the images provided. Please choose carefully as there are no returns or exchanges on custom order ceramics and lamps.

Items Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged you must send a photograph of the damaged goods AND the damaged packaging to info@bowerbirdcollections.com within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will assess the situation and organise replacement or repair.

If the item is faulty, contact us straight away and we will assess the situation and organise replacement or repair.

Australia wide shipping for Fashion

We offer free shipping on fashion purchases over $150 to Australian addresses.

$10 flat rate for any fashion purchase under $150.

We use Australia Post for most shipping around Australia. Due to COVID19 delivery times are longer than normal with Australia Post and no delivery estimates are available from them. We will notify you once the parcel has been posted.

Please allow 2 business days for packing before shipping.

International shipping for Fashion

We ship worldwide.

Flat rate of $15 for fashion purchases over $150 shipped to the USA.

For all other countries freight will be quoted on receipt of order, with an optional cost for insurance cover if requested.

Please choose carefully as we do not offer returns on fashion purchases. We take great care with the quality and fit of our garments and so we are sure that you will love your purchases for years to come.


Exchange for Fashion Items

We offer exchange or credit note on all full priced fashion items that are returned to Bowerbird Collections strictly within 14 days from purchase. To be eligible for an exchange of credit note you must do the following

– Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item to organise the exchange or credit note.

– All goods must be returned to Bowerbird Collections strictly within 14 days from purchase

– Be unused, unwashed and in original condition

– Retain swing tags
– Posted back using Express post

 Unfortunately we can take no responsibility for packages lost in the mail, so please take care and retain a copy of the tracking number.

All purchases of on sale fashion items are final.

Faulty Items

Please contact us straight away. We will cover postage price for the return of faulty garments and give a full refund.

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for faults cause by misuse, such as not following care instructions.

Lampshades
Our lampshades are handmade in Australia using a wide range of fabrics with varying pattern repeats. Due to the large pattern repeats on most of the fabrics we use, lampshades made with the same fabric can look quite different to the photos provided. If you want a specific section of fabric there will be an additional charge for wasted fabric. Please choose carefully as there are no returns or exchanges on custom order lampshades.

Art Commissions
All art commissions require a 50% deposit up front. If, on completion, you no longer require the painting, the deposit is non refundable and ownership of the painting remains with Bowerbird Collections.
Please choose carefully as there are no returns or refunds on art sales.
